• Travel Details: Destination, dates, passenger information for document generation
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Generate your reservation proof documents
• Send you order confirmations and documents via email
• Provide customer support
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Improve our service

3. Data Sharing

We share your data with:

• Payment Processors: Stripe for secure payment processing
• Airlines (Premium Tier Only): For creating real PNR bookings via Duffel API
• Email Service: To deliver your documents

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

• Order records: Stored for 90 days for support purposes
• Generated PDFs: Not permanently stored on our servers after delivery
• Payment records: Retained as required by law and payment processors

• Request deletion of your data (after 30 days post-order)
• Opt out of marketing communications (we send very few)
• Correct inaccurate data
