Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature
VisaSlip provides instant digital document generation services. Once your reservation proof documents are generated and delivered (via download and email), the service is considered complete.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the instant, digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once documents have been generated and delivered.
3. Exceptions
We will consider refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If our system fails to generate or deliver your documents within 24 hours
- Clear Errors: If there are factual errors in the generated documents that we cannot correct
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error
4. What We Will NOT Refund
- Visa rejections (we have no control over embassy decisions)
- Changes in your travel plans after purchase
- Misunderstanding of our service (we provide proof documents, not real tickets)
- Requests made more than 24 hours after document delivery
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email support@visaslip.com within 24 hours of your order
- Provide your order ID and explain the issue
- Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
We will review your case and respond within 1-2 business days.
6. Document Corrections
Minor corrections (typos, date adjustments) are usually provided free of charge. Contact support immediately if you notice an error.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent ban from our service. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any issues first.
